The Dell Rapids City Council will fill four open spots in 2015. Each ward has one open seat on the council. Ward elections will be held on Tuesday, April 14th, at the Lutheran Church. Residents must be registered to vote no later than Monday, March 30th. Absentee ballots can be cast starting on Monday, March 30th. Those ballots can be picked up and submitted at City Hall.
