The Beresford Watchdog volleyball hosted the Class B #1 team, Chester Flyers, on Thursday, October 3rd. The Flyers cruised to a straight set win by scores of 25-9, 25-12, and 25-12.
Chester opened the first set with a 5-0 run. They continued to extend the lead throughout the set. The Flyers led 20-6 and then won 25-9. Chester started the second set with a 5-2 lead. Beresford was within five points at 10-5 and 11-6. The Flyers extended the lead to 20-12 and then scored the final five points for a 25-12 win. The third set started with the Flyers leading 4-1. Chester went on a 9-3 run to push the lead to 13-4. They led 20-9 and then finished the match with a 25-12 win.
