The Baltic Bullldog track team had a great day at the Mike Seivert Relays in Alcester on Tuesday, April 22nd. The boys team won with a team score of 85. The girls team placed fifth with 73 points.
Daynica Witzel won the long jump at 15’10” and placed second in the triple jump with a jump of 33’1.5″. Maiya Fredrickson was second in the shot put (36’4.5″) and second in the discus (103’1″). Sadey Holt placed second in the 3200m run in 13:54.81. Tenley Witzel was third in the 400m dash with a time o f 1:04.21. The sprint medley relay team of Witzel, Claire Berg, Alexis Kehn, and Hailey Tiahrt was third in 4:32.56.
Henry Anderson took second in the 100m dash in :11.82. Cooper Garry finished second in the 400m dash with a time of :53.15. Ben Berg was second in the 300m hurdles in :44.86. Braxten Allen placed second in the long jump with a jump of 20’6″. Kellan Artz was second in the high jump at 6’2″. Gavin Miller finished third in the triple jump at 37’8.5″. The 4x800m relay team of Ben Erickson, Garry, Berg, and Jack Wilde was second with a time of 8:45.91. The 4x100m relay team of Allen, Dylan Runestad, Berg, and Anderson placed third in :45.15. The 4x200m relay team of Runestad, Jax Vrchota, ARts, and Bryce Campbell was third with a time of 1:36.58. The 4x400m relay team of Berg, Erickson, Garry, and Runestad also placed third in 3:38.37. The sprint medley relay team of Anderson, Miller, Runestad, and Erickson finished third in 3:55.41.
