Good Experience Returns for the Bulldog Boys Basketball Team

The Baltic Bulldog boys basketball team returns six letter winners from a year ago.  They graduated three seniors, but they do return a bulk of their scoring and good experience.

The Bulldogs will look to their two leading scorers from a year ago, Jack Erickson and Mark Ditter.  Baltic also expects big contributions from seniors Beau Breece and Blake Hookie as well as Tate Fuecht.  Kellen Artz, Dlan Runestad, Ben Erickson, and Trevor Cuperus should also contribute this season.

“We are looking forward to our season this year.  Our schedule is going to test us night in and night out, andI think that we can compete with anyone out there.  We must commit to the defensive end of the floor consistently to compete every night.  Our schedule isn’t going to allow us a night off, and I think our guys are ready for that challenge.  The chemistry on our team has been good throughout the offseason, and I expect that to carry over throughout the year.  If we can continue to play together, give effort on the defensive end of the floor, and play with pace, I think our guys will achieve a lot of the goals they have set out for themselves for this year,” said head coach Alex Langner.

The Bulldogs travel to Beresford to open the season on Friday, December 8th.
