After having their 10-match winning streak snapped by Lennox on October 20th, the Baltic Bulldogs bounced back with a win on Monday, October 23rd. The Bulldogs hosted the Canton C-Hawks and won in straight sets by scores of 25-21, 25-22, and 25-19.
Baltic started the first set with a 4-0 run, and that start kept them in front the entire set. The Bulldogs maintained a three-to-four point lead to a 13-10 score. They extended the lead to 19-12. The lead was 22-16 before Baltic finished the set with a 25-21 win.
The C-Hawks started the second set with a 4-1 lead. Baltic tied the score 6-6 and then scored the next four points for a 10-6 lead. The run continued for Baltic as they pushed their lead to 20-10. Canton fought back to a 20-16 score, but the Bulldogs held off the rally for a 25-22 victory.
Baltic took an early 5-2 lead to start the third set. The lead grew to 13-8 and then 17-9. Canton made another run and cut the lead to 21-15. The Bulldogs stopped the Canton rally again and won 25-19.
