Dell Rapids scored in every inning and built a 6-0 lead before Baltic was able to score on Tuesday, June 20th. The Phils defeated Baltic 10-2.
Dell Rapids scored two times in the top of the first inning. They added a single run in each of the second, third, fourth, and fifth innings for a 6-0 lead. Tayden Hansen put Baltic on the board with an RBI double in the bottom of the fifth. Dell Rapids, however, scored three more times in in the sixth. Beau Keith gave Baltic another run with an RBI single in the bottom of the sixth making the score 9-2. Dell Rapids added one more run in the top of the seventh.
Hansen finished with a double and an RBI. Keith had a single and an RBI. Braxten Allen had the only other hit for Baltic. Riley Dobbins pitched four innings and allowed five runs, only one earned, on six hits and three walks with three strikeouts. Hunter Larson pitched three innings and allowed five runs, only one earned, on three hits and a walk with one strikeout.
