The Baltic Bulldog girls and boys track teams went to Salem on Tuesday, April 25th for the Gene Danielsen Relays. The girls team placed fourth with 56 team points. The boys team finished eighth with 39 points.
Daynica Witzel won the triple jump and finished second in the long jump. Maiya Fredrickson won the javelin. The 4x800m relay team of Sadey Holt, Meredith Larson, Hailey Tiahrt, and Elizabeth Hockenberry took second. The sprint medley relay team of Witzel, Claire Berg, Ava Tiahrt, and H. Tiahrt also finished second. The 4x400m relay team of A. Tiahrt, Berg, Holt, and H. Tiahrt placed third. Holt placed fifth in the 1600m run. Addison Geigle was fifth in the 100m hurdles.
Shae Fiala finished second in the 400m dash. John Gronewold had a second place finish in the 1600m run and third place finish in the 3200m run. The 4x400m relay team of Fiala, Dylan Runestad, Alex Langner, and Payton Anderson finished third. Anderson was fifth in the 100m dash. The 4x800m relay team of Gronewold, Mark Ditter, Langner, and Kyle Gronewold was fifth.
