A four-wheeler accident in Dell Rapids on Sunday afternoon, April 7th, turned fatal. The accident occurred around 2:00 p.m. around the area of Washington Avenue and Fourth Street. The Dell Rapids man that was killed was 44-year-old Brian Koster. According to reports, Koster was doing repair work on the ATV before taking it for a test ride at which time it went out of control causing it to flip.
