The Dell Rapids Chamber of Commerce held their annual Downtown Trick-or-Treat event on Friday, October 29th after having a drive-thru event last year. The weather was absolutely perfect for the event as over a thousand people walked the streets of downtown Dell Rapids during the three-hour event.
Not only were trick-or-treaters able to get candy from lots of different businesses, the event also included Mr. Twister balloon twisting, games, photo area, train rides, and more.
