Hundreds of kids braved the cold and wind for the 8th annual Downtown Dell Rapids Trick-or-Treat event on Friday, October 27th. The downtown street was was filled with trick-or-treaters and events for everyone to enjoy. The event included Mr. Twister balloon twisting, a photobooth, train rides, and a haunted house.
Despite the cold temperatures, businesses said they still handed out lots of candy to all the kids.
