Students from Dell Rapids and Dell Rapids St Mary honored veterans all morning long on Veteran’s Day, Friday, November 11th. Dell Rapids High School held a Veteran’s Day Breakfast for all veterans and their families at 7:30 a.m. The breakfast was followed by a program in the high school gym.
The Dell Rapids Elementary School held a program starting at 9:30 a.m. Students in grades Kindergarten through fourth grade performed songs and readings for the veterans and audience.
The programs concluded with a Veteran’s Day Assembly held at Dell Rapids St Mary High School at 10:30 a.m.
