The Dell Rapids City Council will meet in regular session on Monday, December 15th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Some of the items on the agenda include public hearing for first reading of ordinance 814, outdoor event permit request, second reading and adoption of ordinance 813, on sale/off sale liquor licenses and operating agreements, and the administrator’s report.
