The Dell Rapids City Council will meet in regular session on Monday, November 17th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Some of the items on the agenda include a public hearing on a variance request, second reading and adoption of ordinance 812 (water rate increase), Northview Dr/11th St./10th St. project scope and engineering agreement, ice skating rink citizen request, and the administrative report.
