The Kingsbury County Knights wrestling team finished third at their home invitational tournament in Arlington on Saturday, January 21st. The Knights finished with 164.5 points. Brookings (235.5) took the top spot, and Canby, MN (222.0) finished second.
Gannon Gilligan (126) and Dylan Zell (145) placed second with 2-1 records. Connor Johnson (195) was third with a 3-1 record. Blake Jennings (126) and Tucker Anderson (160) both finished fourth with a 3-2 record. Cody Zell (113), Lane Jensen (132), and Marshall Holz (182) also had fourth place finishes with 2-2 records. Ethan Johnson (138) took fifth with a 4-2 record. Greyson Nielson (120) and Sheldon Balderston (152) finished fifth with 3-2 records. Kaleb Johnson (132) was also fifth with a 2-2 record. Lane Albrecht (120) placed sixth with a 2-3 record on the day.
Rogen Albrecht (106), Noah Vig (120), and Breyten Johnson (170) had 2-2 records, but did not place. Caden Singrey (106), Culter Davis (106), Owen Anderson (126), and Donovan Sandven (138) all finished 1-2. RJ Cleveland (138) and Deion Harris (170) were 0-2.
