The Kingsbury County Knights Wrestling team had four place winners at the 2024 South Dakota Wrestling Championships in Sioux Falls February 22nd through 24th. The boys team finished with 44.0 points, and the girls team had 20.0 points.
Gannon Gilligan was third in the 126-pound class with a 4-1 record. Conner Giedd (138) was fourth with a 3-2 record. Connor Johnson (215) had a seventh-place finish with a 3-2 record. Jaidynn Giedd finished third as the lone girls participated. Giedd had a 4-1 record with three pins and a decision win.
Breyten Johnson (190) had one win in the tournament. Cody Zell (120), Greyson Nielson (132), and Kaleb Johnson (150) all participated in the tournament as well.
