Both the girls and boys De Smet Bulldog track teams had second place finishes at the Vince Relays in Elkton on Saturday, April 13th. The girls team had 142 points, while the boys team finished with 154.5 points.
Charlie McCune won the 300m hurdles and finished third in the 200m dash. Audi Currier took first in the discus and third in the shot put. Hazel Luethmers won the high jump and finished third in the 400m dash. Ivey Schoenfelder won the javelin and finished second in the discus and shot put. Bella Wilkinson took second in the 800m run. Mirra Beck was third in the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, and high jump. The 4x200m relay team of Charlotte Fields, Beck, Gemma Luethmers, and H. Luethmers finished first. The 4x800m relay team of Wilkinson, Fields, Aubree Blue, and Adalyn Gross took second.
Ganon Henrich won the 200m dash and finished second in the 100m dash. Samuel Gigov won the discus and finished third in the shot put. Grant Wilkinson was second in the discus and second in the shot put. George Jensen placed third in the triple jump and third in the high jump. Melville Deloye tied for third in the high jump. Payton Botkin took third in the discus. Kadyn Fast placed third in the javelin and long jump. Thomas Aughenbaugh was third in the triple jump. The 4x100m relay team of Rogan Albrect, Fast, Aughenbaugh, and Henrich took the top spot.
