The Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinal cross country team traveled to Freeman for the Freeman Cross Country Invitational on Wednesday, September 14th. The girls team finished third with 24 points. The boys team was seventh with 60 points.
Elizabeth Vogel placed in the top 10, finishing ninth, with a time of 23:37.36. Cami Wolles (13th) had a time of 23:56.23. Madison Reiff (19th) finished in 25:18.41. Rebecca Heinemann (20th) had a time of 25:28.16. Lucy Vargas (21st) completed in 26:00.24
For the boys team, Camden Tebay (24th) had a time of 21:42.34. Matthew Heinemann (31st) finished in 24:00.28, and Gabe Nelson (36th) had a time of 29:07.14.
