The St Mary Cardinal track teams traveled to White for the Dolphin Relays on Thursday, May 22nd. The girls team finished fifth with 82 points. The boys team had a third-place finish with 84 points.
MaddyN LeBrun won the javelin with a throw of 121’8″ and third in the discus at 120’3″. Madala Hanson was second in the 400m dash at :59.78 and third in the 200m dash in :26.93. Lucy Vargas placed third in the 3200m run in 14:20.12. The 4x100m relay team of M. Hanson, Reagan Griffin, Layla Hanson, and Brianna Griffin was third in :52.80. The sprint medley relay team of B. Griffin, M. Hanson, L. Hanson, and Cami Wolles also placed third in 4:52.83.
The 4x100m relay team of Thomas LaVoy, Lincoln LeBrun, Jake Heinitz, and Logan Bauer won in a time of :45.01. Jaxon Baumberger was second in the high jump with a leap of 5’11”. The 4x800m relay team of Jacob Flemmer, Baumberger, Kade Lutt, and Matt Heinemann placed second in a time of 9:01.33.
