The Beresford/Alcester-Hudson wrestling teams competed at the Les Tlustos Invitational in Brookings on Saturday, January 27th. The boys team finished 14th with a team score of 61.0 points. The girls team took ninth with a team score of 32.0 points.
For the boys team, Dexton Miller (120) took third finishing with a record of 4-1. Robert Watkins (165) took sixth with a 3-3 record. Owen Serck (106) had a seventh place finish with a 3-2 record. Tate Lyle (126) was also seventh with a 3-2 record. Bennett Farley (113) finished eighth with a 2-3 record. Jensen Christensen (150) also finished eighth with a 2-3 record.
Evan Dressen (132), Kasen Voss (138), Caden Schurch (144), Isaac Boden (157), Taten Twedt (190), and Connor Neumayr (285) also took part in the tournament.
For the girls team, Reese Olson had a second place finish with a 1-1 record. Lillie Boden finished fourth with a 2-2 record.
