The 2026 Baltic Bulldog cross country team will be a young team, but the goal will be to get athletes running competitively in varsity races by the end of the season.
The girls team lost their top contributors to graduation from a year ago. This year the team will look to have Elise Keller (8th grade) work her way up in the JV ranks and hopefully run some varsity meets at the end of the year.
“We look to grow our girls numbers moving forward with the loss of so many girls from last year’s program,” said head coach Rory LaValliere.
The boys team will also be a young team. They have one senior, Alex Hockenberry. Junior Tyler Ochsner and David Donahue will also be looked upon to lead the team.
“We expect to have some JV success early and hope to shift over and running competitively in the varsity races,” added LaValliere.
