The Baltic Bulldog boys rolled past the Canton C-Hawks 63-40 for their ninth win of the season on Thursday, February 13th.
Canton held an 8-6 lead early in the first quarter, but then Baltic went on a run. The Bulldogs scored 16 straight points and never looked back. They ended the first quarter leading 25-10. Baltic maintained their double digit lead in the second quarter and led 38-26 going into halftime. The Bulldog defense held Canton to just three points in the third quarter, and the Bulldogs held a 50-29 going into the final quarter.
Kellen Artiz finished with 20 points, 13 rebounds, six blocked shots, three assists, and three steals. Ben Erickson added 18 points, six rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Dylan Runestad had 12 points and eight rebounds. Benjamin Berg added six points. Trevor Cuperus had five points and nine rebounds.
