The Baltic 14U baseball team was held to just one hit in a 16-0 loss at Canton on Tuesday, July 9th. Canton scored seven runs in the bottom of the first inning, two in the second, and then seven more in the bottom of the third to end the game on the 15-run rule.
AJ Gruenwaldt had the lone hit for Baltic. Brody Hansen pitched one inning and allowed seven runs, five earned, on five hits and three walks with one strikeout. Gruenwaldt also pitched one inning and allowed two runs, one earned, on two hits with four strikeouts. Zach Hagleson allowed two earned runs on two walks. Kaden Rick pitched 1/3 of an inning and allowed five earned runs on four walks.
