Trojans Take Advantage of Slow Start by Baltic Boys

The Baltic Bulldog boys got off to a slow start and suffered a 54-49 loss to the West Central Trojans on Monday, January 15th.

The Trojans started the game with a 10-0 run and took a 15-6 lead into the start of the second quarter.  They continued to shut down the Bulldogs and led 29-13 at halftime.  West Central then started the third quarter with an 11-0 run for a 40-13 lead.  Baltic finished the quarter on an 18-7 run to make the score 47-31.  The Bulldogs tried to rally in the fourth quarter, but the lead the Trojans built was too much to overcome.

Jack Erickson had 17 points, eight rebounds, and three assists.  Kellen Artz added 14 points and four rebounds.  Tate Feucht had seven points and six rebounds.  Mark Ditter ended with six points, four rebounds, and four assists.
