The Baltic Bulldog volleyball team took part in the Big East Conference tournament held on Thursday, September 7th and Saturday, September 9th.
The Bulldogs had two matches in Flandreau on Thursday. In the first match of the evening, the Bulldogs defeated the Beresford Watchdogs in straight sets by scores of 25-11, 25-11, and 25-14. They then faced the Flandreau Fliers and took that match in four sets by scores of 23-25, 25-18, 25-16, and 25-19.
The two wins put Baltic into the championship match against the Chester Flyers at home on Saturday. The Flyers of Chester defeated Baltic in straight sets by scores of 25-15, 25-19, and 25-15.
