The Baltic Bulldog track team helped the Chester Flyers host a track meet on Thursday, April 13th. The originally scheduled Chester Invite was moved to Baltic due to track conditions, and then the meet was renamed Flyerdog Track Meet. The boys team took third at the meet, while the girls team placed fourth. Baltic had several top three finishes during the meet.
Daynica Witzel won both the long jump and the triple jump. The 4x800m relay team of Sadey Holt, Hailey Tiahrt, Meredith Larson, and Elizabeth Hockenberry placed second. The sprint medley relay team of Witzel, Claire Berg, Ava Tiart, and H. Tiahrt also placed second. A. Tiahrt had a third place finish in both the 100m dash and the 200m dash. Hockenberry took third in the 3200m run. Addison Geigle was third in the 100m hurdles, and Maiya Fredrickson placed third in the shot put.
Alex Langner won the 800m run. John Gronewold finished first in the 3200m run and second in the 1600m run. Cohen McGuire won the 300m hurdles and finished third in the 110m hurdles. Isaac Weeman was second in the shot put and third in the discus. Jackson Goerhing took second in the high jump. The 4x200m relay team of Dylan Runestad, Shae Fiala, Jackson Westerbur, and Anderson placed second. The 4x800m relay team of J. Gronewold, Mark Ditter, Langner, and Kyle Gronewold also finished second. Payton Anderson was third in the 200m dash. The sprint medley relay team of Gavin Miller, Jack Wiseman, Westerbur, and Ditter finished third.
