The Alcester-Hudson Cub track was back in action on Thursday, April 10th. The Cubs traveled to Vermillion for the Vermillion Booster Club.
Devin Honglso placed third in the shot put with a throw of 34’3″ and took seventh in the discus at 96’6″. Emily Winquist finished fourth in the long jump with a leap of 16’0.5″. Winquist also took fifth in the triple jump at 32’11.5″.
The 4x400m relay team of Ethan Bovill, Evan Brown, Jackson Meyer, and Darin Dykstra took fifth place in a time of 3:45.15. Jose Topete-Lopez was sixth in the shot put with a throw of 43’10”. Evan Haak took seventh in the discus with a throw of 123’6″. The 4x200m relay team of Brown, Bovill, Jackson Meyer, and Dykstra finished seventh in 1:39.39. Dykstra was also eighth in the 300m hurdles with a time of :47.37.
