Three athletes took home first place for the Alcester-Hudson Cubs track team at the Terry Bong Relays in Canton on Thursday, April 25th.
Devin Hongslo won the shot put and finished sixth in the discus. Emma Solberg took third in the 200m dash and sixth in the 100m dash. Emily Winquist finished third in the 400m dash and fifth in the long jump. Ayonna Schissel placed third in the triple jump and seventh in the long jump. Connie Hathcoat was seventh in the discus. The 4x200m relay team placed fourth, and the 4x100m relay team finished fifth.
Mateo Kleinhans won the triple jump and finished second in both the 110m hurdles and the 300m hurdles. Evan Haak won the discus. Dominic Van Egdom took third in the discus. Ethan Bovill placed fifth in the 400m dash. Andrew Bovill was sixth in the long jump. Jackson Meyer was sixth in the triple jump. The 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams both placed fourth. The 1600 sprint medley and 4x200m relay teams took sixth.
