The Alcester-Hudson Cub girls and boys track teams took part in the EPJ Husky Invite on Monday, April 3rd. The girls team finished fifth with 43.5 points. The boys team had a ninth place finish with 14 points.
Carly Patrick had a first place finish in the long jump and third place finish in the 100m dash. The 4x200m relay team of Skya Almlie, Ayonna Schissel, Emma Solberg, and Emily Winquist finished second. The 4x200m relay team of Almlie, Solberg, Winquist, and Patrick took third. The 4x400m of Ella Serck, Almlie, Solberg, and Winquist was fourth. The sprint medley relay team of Almlie, Solberg, Winquist, and Serck also finished fourth. Devin Hongslo finished fourth in the shot put. Schissel took fifth place in the long jump, and Serck was eighth in the triple jump.
Mateo Kleinhans won the triple jump and finished fifth in the 300m hurdles. William Hallaway took fifth in the triple jump and eighth in the long jump. Jose Topete Lopez was seventh in the shot put. Evan Haak was eighth in the discus. The 4x100m relay team of Tommy Walth, Josh Driesen, Thor Korthals, and Topete Lopez finished eighth.
