Tri-Valley rallied in the middle innings for their win over Beresford on Friday.\u00a0 Beresford scored two runs in the bottom of the first inning for a 2-0 lead.\u00a0 Tri-Valley tied the game, 2-2, with a couple of runs in the top of the third.\u00a0 They then had a seven-run top of the fourth and scored three more in the top of the fifth for a 12-2 lead.\u00a0 Beresford came up with five runs in the bottom of the fifth, but Tri-Valley was able to hold the rest of the game.<\/p>\n
A. Kraft had two hits and three RBIs.\u00a0 B. Williams finished with two hits, one a double, and two RBIs.\u00a0 N. Campbell and J. Samuelson both had two singles each.\u00a0 B. McMillen had a hit and two RBIs.\u00a0 T. Sorenson, L. Gacke, and P. Amundson all had a hit with an RBI.<\/p>\n
Only two innings of scoring was needed for Tri-Valley in their big win over Brookings White.\u00a0 They scored 14 times in the bottom of the first inning and then had nine more in the bottom of the second while holding Brookings hitless in the three-inning game.<\/p>\n
B. Williams had two doubles and five RBIs.\u00a0 P. Amundson finished with a single and a double with three RBIs.\u00a0 R. Thompson also had two hits, one a double, and two RBIs.\u00a0 J. Samuelson and T. Sorenson both had two singles and two RBIs.<\/p>\n
The offense kept rolling for Tri-Valley in their second game on Saturday.\u00a0 They scored seven times in the bottom of the first and six in the bottom of the second for a 13-0 lead.\u00a0 Gillette scored five times in the top of the third, but Tri-Valley had another seven-run inning to end the game on the 15-run rule.<\/p>\n
B. McMillen had two hits, one a home run, and four RBIs.\u00a0 B. Williams, N. Campbelle, and P. Amundson all had two hits and an RBI each.\u00a0 A. Kraft also had two singles.\u00a0 J. Samuelson ended with a single and three RBIs.<\/p>\n
A six-run third inning helped Tri-Valley to their first win on Sunday.\u00a0 They scored a single run in the bottom of the second for an early 1-0 lead.\u00a0 Minneota tied the game with a run in the top of the third, but Tri-Valley followed with six runs in the bottom of the inning for a 7-1 lead.\u00a0 Minneota got another run in the top of the fifth, but Tri-Valley scored three more times in the bottom of the inning.<\/p>\n
R. Thompson had two hits, one a double, and two RBIs.\u00a0 A. Kraft ended with two singles and two RBIs.\u00a0 C. Zenk had two hits with one RBI.\u00a0 B. Williams and P. Amundson each had a double.<\/p>\n
Three runs late helped Tri-Valley to a 5-3 win over Madison to end the weekend.\u00a0 Tri-Valley scored two times in the top of the second.\u00a0 Madison would take the lead, 3-2, with three runs in the bottom of the fourth.\u00a0 Tri-Valley tied the game in the top of the fifth and then had two runs in the top of the sixth for the win.<\/p>\n
P. Amundson had a double and triple with an RBI.\u00a0 R. Thompson finished with a single and double with an RBI.\u00a0 L. Gacke had two hits and an RBI.\u00a0 A.
