The Raiders put two runs on the board in the top of the first inning.\u00a0 They added another in the top of the second for an early 3-0 lead.\u00a0 Keagan Kuchta led off the second inning with a solo home run to left field.\u00a0 Isabella Wetmore-Ocampo scored on an error to cut the lead to 3-2.\u00a0 After the Raiders scored two more runs in the top of the third, Reagan Pearson had an RBI ground out.\u00a0 Ava Christensen followed with a two-run single to tie the game 5-5.<\/p>\n
The Mustangs took the lead in the bottom of the fourth on a solo home run by Syenna Bird.\u00a0 Gayville-Volin tied the game, 6-6, with a run in the top of the fifth.\u00a0 Wetmore-Ocampo put Tri-Valley back in front with an RBI ground out in the bottom of the fifth.\u00a0 Tri-Valley held the Raiders scoreless in the sixth, and then padded their lead in the bottom of the inning.\u00a0 Kadence Davey had a home run to start the inning.\u00a0 R. Pearson had a two-run double to extend the lead to 10-6.\u00a0 The Raiders scored two runs in the top of the seventh.<\/p>\n
Bird had two hits, one a home run, and an RBI.\u00a0 R. Pearson had a double and three RBIs.\u00a0 Christensen finished with a single and two RBIs.\u00a0 K. Davey and Kuchta both had a home run and an RBI.\u00a0 Wetmore-Ocampo finished with a single and an RBI.\u00a0 Izzy Davey and Emery Pearson both had a single in the game.\u00a0 Kuchta started the game pitching and threw 2 1\/3 innings allowing five runs, four earned, on five hits with two strikeouts.\u00a0 I.
