The De Smet Bulldog cross country team took part in the Dakota Valley Conference Cross Country meet at Lake Region Golf Course on Wednesday, October 9th. The girls team placed third with 26 points. The boys team was fifth with 42 points.
Adalyn Gross placed fifth individually with a time of 22:39.62. Cambria Gross was 11th in 23:21.53. Bella Wilkinson took 14th with a time of 23:55.22. Gemma Luethmers (19th) had a time of 25:39.15. Alaina Albrecht (21st) finished in 25:43.88, and Jaidynn Giedd (22nd) had a time of 25:44.91.
Jordan Botkin finished 13th with a time of 20:03.91. Chase Temme was 14th ini 20:28.06. Owen Anderson (20th) completed in 21:19.94. Gabriel Aughenbaugh (23rd) had a time of 22:02.34. Noah Luethmers (25th) finished in 22:29.38, and Kaleb Johnson (32nd) had a time of 24:48.69.
