The De Smet Bulldog boys basketball team got a big win in Estelline over the Estelline/Hendricks Redhawks on Friday, January 20th.
The Bulldogs got out to a 33-5 lead at the end of the first quarter and cruised to a 73-29 victory. De Smet led 51-20 at halftime. The Bulldogs then held the Redhawks to just nine points in the second half.
Damon Wilkinson had 17 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks. Kasen Janssen finished with 12 points and nine rebounds. Kadyn Fast added 11 points, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals. George Jensen and Tom Aughenbaugh both had nine points each.
