Another Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinal track record was broken on Monday, May 13th in Armour.\u00a0 The boys 4x200m relay team of Jake Heinitz, Jaxon Baumberger, Logan Bauer, and Lucus Flemmer broke the 49-yeard-old record with a time of 1:35.07, beating the previous record by almost two full seconds (1:37.04).<\/p>\n
Both teams had a good meet.\u00a0 The girls team finished second with 120 points.\u00a0 The boys team finished third with 72 points.<\/p>\n
Paige Deuter won the 1600m run with a time of 6:31.49.\u00a0 Elizabeth Vogel won the 3200m run with a time of 13:19.83.\u00a0 Jaycee Tebay won the discus with a throw of 116’3″.\u00a0 Madala Hanson was second in the 100m dash and third in the 200m dash.\u00a0 Cami Wolles placed second in the 800m run.\u00a0 Lucy Vargas was second in the 3200m run.\u00a0 Jenna Miller took third in the 400m dash.\u00a0 Lauryn LeBrun placed third in the 800m run.\u00a0 Maddyn LeBrun placed third in the discus.\u00a0 Brianna Griffin was fourth in the 100m dash and fifth in the 200m dash.\u00a0 Addison Libis finished fourth in the 300m hurdles.\u00a0 Megan Geraets was fourth in the high jump, and Reagan Griffin took fifth in the triple jump.\u00a0 The 4x800m relay team of Wolles, Miller, Vargas, and Vogel won with a time of 11:04.14.\u00a0 The 4x200m relay team placed second, and the 4x400m relay team finished third.<\/p>\n
