\"\"The Beresford\/Alcester-Hudson Black Sox scored eight runs in the final three innings to earn an 11-3 win over Wagner at home on Wednesday, April 17th.<\/p>\n

Cooper Nelson had an RBI groundout, and Robert Watkins scored on a passed ball in the bottom of the first for an early 2-0 lead.\u00a0 Jace Adams had an RBI double in the bottom of the third to give the Black Sox a 3-0 advantage.\u00a0 Wagner tied the game with a three-run top of the fourth inning.<\/p>\n

The Black Sox then took advantage of an error with two outs in the bottom of the fourth which led to five runs.\u00a0 Dominic Van Egdom scored on that error.\u00a0 Adams drove home two with a single, Joseph Anderson later scored on a wild pitch, and Adams scored on a steal of home for an 8-3 lead.\u00a0 Van Egdom scored on a passed ball in the bottom of the fifth.\u00a0 Jax Fickbohm had an RBI single, and then he later scored on an error in the bottom of the sixth to push the lead to 11-3.<\/p>\n

Adams had two hits, including a double, and three RBIs.\u00a0 Fickbohm had two hits and an RBI.\u00a0 Nelson finished with a single and an RBI.\u00a0 Ethan Bovill, Van Egdom, and Jax Wurth all had one hit each.\u00a0 Kasen Voss pitched six innings and allowed three runs, one earned, on five this with five strikeouts.\u00a0 Bovill pitched one inning allowing one hit and striking out one batter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
