Beresford Baseball Rolls Past Canton

Beresford got back in the win column with a 12-1 win in five innings in Canton on Friday, April 18th.

Beresford got one run in the top of the first inning.  They had a big seven-run second inning to extend their lead to 8-0.  Another run scored in the top of the fourth inning, and then Beresford had three more runs in fifth for a 12-0 lead.  Canton scored just one run in the bottom of the fifth, and the game ended on the 10-run rule.

Kasen Voss had a double and single with three RBIs.  Ashton Oberle had two hits, one a double, and an RBI.  Ben Seeley had a double and three RBIs.  Evan Rosheim also had a single.  Ethan Bovill pitched three innings without allowing a hit with a walk and five strikeouts.  Voss pitched two innings and allowed an earned run on a hit and walk with a strikeout.
