The Beresford Watchdogs track team took part in the Elk Point-Jefferson “Last Chance” meet on Thursday, May 16th. The boys team took sixth with 57 points. The girls team was ninth with 32 points.
Jade Rhody won the high jump with a jump of 5’3″. Ella Merriman was fourth in the 800m run. The 4x400m relay team place fifth.
Andrew Awtood won the 400m dash with a time of :50.14 and won the 800m run with a time of 1:58.22. Jack Stenen finished third in the triple jump. Brody Andrews placed fourth in the 400m dash. Seth James took fifth in the high jump. The 4x800m relay team placed second. The sprint medley and 4x400m relay teams both finished fifth.
