The Beresford Watchdog track team traveled to Baltic for the Big East Conference meet on Thursday, May 9th. The girls team finished sixth with 79 points. The boys team placed fourth with 106.5 points.
Harley Koth placed second in the javelin. Jade Rhody was second in the high jump. Kendra Ellis placed third in the high jump. Lily Seivert placed fourth in the triple jump. Reese Olson finished fifth in the 100m hurdles. Cassandra Twedt was fifth in the 300m hurdles. The 4x200m relay team took third. The 4x100m relay team placed fourth, and the sprint medley relay team finished fifth.
Andrew Atwood won the 400m dash with a time of :50.15 and won the 800m run in a time of 1:58.74. Joseph Sharpe won the discus with a throw of 130’7″ and finished third in the shot put. Seth James was second in the javelin. Payden Hoffman was third in both the 1600m run and 3200m run. Brady Aasheim was fifth in the 400m dash. Espyn Klungseth was fifth in the 1600m run. Jack Stenen was fifth in the triple jump. The 4x200m relay team finished second, and the 4x100m relay team placed third.
