The Beresford Watchdog boys slowly added to their lead every quarter and won their fifth straight game on Tuesday, February 6th. The Watchdogs defeated the Garretson Blue Dragons 60-39.
Beresford had a three-point lead by the end of the first quarter, 13-10. They would extend the lead to nine points, 29-20, by halftime. The third quarter is where the Watchdogs put the game out of reach. They outscored Garretson 21-10 to take a 50-30 lead into the fourth quarter.
Aidan Hamm had 19 points, four rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Malachi James finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, and two steals. Jon DeLay had nine points, four rebounds, and two assists. Andrew Atwood ended with eight points, nine rebounds, seven assists, and three steals.
