The Beresford Watchdogs are one of the schools that will be playing in the first sanctioned season of softball in 2023.
Head coach Matt Storo said, “We are expecting to be competitive, but know there will be growing pains along the way. We are excited to work hard each day and try and play our best ball at the end of the season.”
Almost all of the players on the team have played organized softball somewhere last summer, however not many of them played together. The Watchdogs will have one senior on this year’s team, Brenna Dann. The long junior is Halle Livingston. Beresford will also have some exciting sophomores, Keely Merrigan, Capri Mulliniz, and Lilly Seivert.
