The Cubs hosted the Alcester-Hudson Event Only meet on Friday, April 25th. The Alcester-Hudson field event athletes had a great day on their home turf.
Emily Winquist won the triple jump with a leap of 33’7″ and finished second in the long jump at 15’7.5″. Emma Solberg won the high jump at 4’0″ and placed third in the long jump at 14’0″. Lexi Miller was second in the triple jump at 28’1.5″. Devin Hongslo placed third in the shot put with a throw of 34’3.75″ and also placed third in the discus at 92’10.5″.
Jackson Meyer won the triple jump with a jump of 37’7″. Jose Topete-Lopez was second in the shot put with a throw of 45’9.5″. Evan Haak took second in the javelin at 127’1″. Tommy Walth placed third in the javelin with a throw of 125’8″.
