Head coach Dale Solberg said, “Struggling would be an understatement. Our minds right now are ‘taking on water’. Doubt is creeping in, and we have to face that challenge. The solution is to stay focused and continue to work hard and go toe-to-toe with our opponents. Good things come from hard work and determination. Adversity can be good if you have the correct mindset to deal with it. I still believe, but what matters is that the team does.”
The Quarriers have now dropped eight matches in a row. Dell Rapids’ record now drops to 5-12. The Quarriers will travel on Thursday, October 8th, to play the Dakota Valley Panthers.
